Feel almost back to normal now. Back cycling, playing football and sleeping isn't too bad either. It can get better :)
Try not to give up. You're still early into the battle. It does tend to get better for most people.

I don't think street noise is 125 dB, from my understanding that's louder than a chainsaw.
