Dr. Does the high pitch ever go down with somatic T. Attained maybe by grinding teeth or front lower implant with drill and neck bend down. TMJ not bad. Neck and head pain. I habituated to loud buzz tinnitus a couple of years ago that I attained six ago. I also have hyperacusis again. Thinking of using alprazolam to lower my stress and wondering what type of therapists to see with tinnitus skill treatment. Thanks

Hello Dr. Hubbard, Hope all is well. I see you have had tinnitus for almost 25 years. How
often has it changed during all those years? Are there better times of the year for you than
others? Have you found any supplements or medications to be of a significant help?
