Used to sing a lot before tinnitus, but I stopped. It's been 13 months and I'd like to get back into it. Any precautions I should take?
Having some bad T days recently, but tonight I'm grateful my tinnitus can be somewhat masked by the chorus of crickets on summer nights.
Had ultrasonic cleaning @ dentist yesterday. T and H seem louder today. Could be from the dentist or just stressing about it. Hard to tell.
Left ear is a lot more reactive recently. I have been kinda stressed lately, but it's weird that it's mostly just the one ear. So confusing!

Started taking Concerta for ADHD, unexpectedly finding relief for tinnitus. Volume's the same but I can focus on other things much easier.
First big spike in a while. It was stable for a bit then my right ear increased in volume a few days ago. Hope it settles down.

Ears are ringing more from walking past construction today. Hopefully it's irritation and not a full spike - there's a difference I think.
I'm having some earwax buildup again. What's the safest way to remove it? I've heard conflicting reports.
I can also hear it when wearing heavy ear protection (earmuffs) but it is fairly soft.
Noticed after exercise or being in a hot tub I can hear my heartbeat in my right ear. Goes away after a few minutes. Pulsatile tinnitus?
Anyone else ever got a spike from the valsalva maneuver? If so, how long did it last?
May have a mild spike from a too-forceful valsalva maneuver. Be careful!
