Haven't noticed the Tinnitus much lately unless I think about it or plug My ears, I suppose I can look into those self studies again soon.

Results of the previous Caffeine test feel incomplete, I am preforming a revisit to more closely monitor and collect results of the test.

Just read in a post by dailymail that Singer who hiccuped for 3 years is finally cured by brain operation.

Had a dream about My Tinnitus, I spoke to My Father about it saying; "It's little more than a mosquito in My ear, now"

Oddly enough I heard it's sound to it was fainter in dream than real life.

it was strange, the other ear got cauliflower-ish in dream, almost as if melted together, I could still hear out of it but it was slightly muffled.

This morning I awoke to the lovely sound of My dog barking outside at the neighbour, in a fury I ran out to the door to summon Him back in, when I returned to bed I noticed My Tinnitus is at a lower pitch and the duration was shortened, as I lay still waiting for it to dissipate as it does, it stopped almost as soon as My head settled, now it takes exaggerated movements for it to return while laying down.

Last night I took a shower and breathed deeply all the steam I could and while in the shower I snorted some water and blew it out as per to clear My nostrils, oddly enough they recommend that for ETD.

It's important to remember, You're not fighting Tinnitus, Tinnitus is fighting You.

Ear Potatoes removed yesterday, 90% of it was in My left ear, now that's just unfair, what if My right ear was still hungry?!

I just learned from My doctor (not the one from Gallifrey) that there is a lot of wax in My ears.

Look, I know We Irish love our potatoes but this just makes me feel like a stereotype. (Earwax=Potatoes in Your ears, ears on head, head=mind thus potatoes on the mind? forget it...)

Tinnitus makes itself present while I am active however if I lay still long enough it goes away and the silence returns, it has gotten to the point that I cannot sleep without it, I focus on it until it goes away, then I just wait for it to return, in this I find I can sleep at night, providing I didn't consume anything that would make sleep difficult.

An investigation into previous events that could have resulted in My tinnitus has raised another potential cause aside from fluid and allergies, prior to the Tinnitus I consumed 9 325mg Aspirin tablets, according to research and consultation from 3 different pharmacists this is just as likely to have resulted in My tinnitus as fluid/allergies.

Presently, the Headache that was the prelude to the Tinnitus has returned, however this time I seek more traditional methods of dispersal as I suddenly lost a desire for Aspirin, at least for the time being.

You offer a bit of hope, Holly1987, I must confess I somewhat recall had something similar happen to Me one year, I was away from home and alas unaware of any other symptoms as I was too busy fretting over what I assumed was a really bad flu, just My luck it was allergies, but I believe Tinnitus was also on that list.

I should also add it was preceded by a massive migraine and sensitivity to light, sound and smells... then the burning and ringing started.

Greetings Tinnitus Forrumites, I am known throughout the Internet as Dylan Blake, I only regret We should meet under such circumstances, I'll get right to My story, Started with a severe burning in left nostril accompanied by a strange warm feeling in left ear, then the ringing started... You know the rest I'm certain... I don't expect to ever find a reprieve but I know this, Tinnitus is fighting Me, not the other way around, to those that read this; Stand Your ground! do not give in to depression, spend time with kin and friends, if You find relief You've won, if You still facing the ringing, You're still fighting, not losing!
