sometimes a low tone, sometimes a high pitch E sound, sometimes both at the same time intermittently like morse code. I just tune it out. Its multi-tonal as I type.

In the weeks following onset, yes all the time. I am a 7-8th grade teacher so my kids can get loud. These days, I only need to wear my custom molded musician earplugs I got from an audiologist when on recess or lunch duty. Otherwise I am fine.

@jecamp1 Hi there, I saw you write on another thread that you were doing well with Cymbalta. May I ask if you are still taking it? My doctor recommended it on Monday, and I'm a little scared to get started. I see an equal amount of success stories and horror stories where Cymbalta is concerned.

I am still taking it. lower dose now and have had zero issues. I took a test to see which pill would work best with my metabolism.
