Can tinnitus get so loud that your head starts buzzing, its really annoying and doesnt let me sleep Does anyone know what else could be causing the head buzzing?

I just feel dizzy all the time and i get these random headaches a lot it just wont leave me alone.Does anyone know what can this be?

It was via syringe, is there any meds to reduce the sound? im currently taking flunarizina and betahistine but i dont think they are working anymore, right now its really loud in my left ear which is weird because it all started in my right ear and i cant sleep so if you know any pill please tell me
