Any change to the vibration?

I got mine the day after I lost my grandfather. It sounds like a reverberation echo type bass that booms like a pulse, but it's not in sync with the pulse. I can feel it and hear it. It's made worse with stress or getting upset, or driving and vibrations in general I think.

When it gets bad, it becomes more of a continuous sound instead of a pulsing type. Yours similar at all?
