        When I look back at my first posts it's interesting as a lot has changed.
        The pressure and pain have gone, the siren noise has gone. My tinnitus is quite stable.
        I have reasonably quiet mornings, however it does build during the day to where I have to mask, I also sleep now without issue.
        My two problems are the hiss increases when I drive and when I try to watch television x
