Taking habituation seriously by not drinking, smoking and eating junk food is necessary in order to achieve the very thing one wants. Aug 12, 2017

In my experience... habituation starts when you achieve to keep your mind away from the sound, watch lot of movies, start avoiding masking and just try to keep your mind busy :)

That's so interesting Mario. I was put in a position today to where I was unable to use any masking. I love masking though

I found habituation again. I found it through the constant focus of the empirical as opposed to the focus of innane ideas about tinnitus.

It's not important for me to understand my T. The more I unfocus my self away from it, the less I can hear it.

I love philosophy. I'm also a positive person, so if you ever want to talk about life with me I'm down. I also played drums for over ten years. I quit music because I have Tinnitus that got worse from antibiotics. I love positivity. I also love people, and I love learning.
