    Last night I went to my first party not only since T onset, but also since Covid. I had a lot of fun! I wore musician ear plugs.

    stay vigilant - i did the same thing (even with 250eu custom molded earplugs and still made my T worse (loud bass goes straight through the bones, doesnt even pass through the earcanal)

    Hey @Ben Winders, did your T go back to baseline?
    I'm in the same predicament. Went to a wedding, wore quality earplugs, bass felt a bit loud. One week now with an horribly loud spike.

    yes eventually most spikes will come down ... mine is rollercoastering (is that even a word) all the time
