Hi @RaZaH, do you have any hearing loss? does your T freq match your hearing loss Freq? btw, same as you, ACRN def helps while listening to it, sometimes i played ACRN to suppress sound during sleeping.

but some ppl don't have somatic component, i'm wondering if that's possible to categorize our members to different groups based on their symptom.. As i found some treatment like ACRN, Food supplement seems to have certain improvement on some members here, if we know more what we have in common...

based on output on this thread, magnesium chloride tablet seems quite effective for some members, and magnesium oxide with poor absorption rate.

Hi, I got mild hearing loss at 8K Hz with high pitched T, based on what you guys discussed, hearing aid can help cancel the sound without using any masking sound like white noise? all hearing aid have such function? thx....

my high pitched tinnitus turned into hiss sound when listening to the tone, but not long lasting. I'm wondering if the acrn therapy is just a residual inhibition...

I tested a few day, i found that no matter which frequency i set (4000, 6000, 8000), my tinnitus sound will be lowered when listening to the ACRN, once i stopped the ACRN audio, my tinnitus returned gradually (it only take 10 - 20 sec), does it mean i failed to match my tinnitus frequency? any idea?

Peter, glad to hear it works wells for you. Although it's not long lasting, but will try couple weeks to see if any further improvement.

Hi Champ, I got the same experience as you, but i don't need to find the exact same frequency, for example, i have some hearing loss on 8KHZ (based on the audio hearing test, I can only hear 8KHZ frequency on 30DB (normal ppl should hear within 0-20), i set to 8KHZ, and listen ACRN, my tinnitus...
