      I have palinacousis but my T is really stable, I'm on 3 months of this, its only triggered by loud music, for some reason noises don't get stuck nearly as much, and even if so, it's not as loud. Any recommendations?

        @Rudedog205 you're right and there's a show I'm supposed to be going in 2 weeks, I'm freaking out lol, I mean I already wear earplugs in loud places since 2013.

      My dog (pointer lab) barked by me once while I had earmuffs on rated at 25 dB will this set back my mild-moderate hyperacusis?
