Ear Fatigue and Sensitivity After Talking for Long Periods — Is My Hyperacusis Getting Worse?

I’ve noticed that opening the wardrobe made a huge difference. Before, there was a lot of echoing and reverb. After opening up four wardrobes, it all disappeared, and I can now talk much longer before my ears start to feel “tired.” I’ll be putting up acoustic paintings and adding an acoustic...

Tinnitus Triggered by Muscle Tension, Neck Strain and Possible Nerve Damage

I have also noticed that my tinnitus becomes much worse if I stretch the muscles or massage myself. Trigger point release or stretching of the sternocleidomastoid (SCM) muscle, in particular, can aggravate my tinnitus for days. If you find any solution, please keep us informed! 🙂

How I Healed My Tinnitus with Cervical Chiropractics

Maybe a dumb question, but if I understand you correctly, you did not go to a chiropractor? Or is your treatment the same as going to one? I am not really sure what you mean by “Cervical Chiropractic Treatment.” Glad to hear you’re feeling better!

Ear Fatigue and Sensitivity After Talking for Long Periods — Is My Hyperacusis Getting Worse?

Appreciate the response! Since I don’t have any friends left after developing problems with my ears, I really enjoy streaming as a way to get some social nourishment and talk to someone. It’s hard to accurately measure the decibels I’m exposed to. When I hold the decibel meter next to my ear...

Ear Fatigue and Sensitivity After Talking for Long Periods — Is My Hyperacusis Getting Worse?

Hi! I have thought I was imagining it, but every time I hold a longer meeting where I talk for 1 to 2 hours, or when I sit and stream (I am streaming games where I talk), the longer I do it, the more sensitive my ears become. I can literally feel them getting more fatigued the longer I am doing...

Normally i can handle "medium high" sounds and brush them of or forget about them in like 1-2 hours but this sound instantly sent me into panic mode (which dosent happen THAT much anymore, maybe once each month). It was more the frequency and the pain in my ear that made this more then the...
