For me, the pain sets in over time. It's usually a few hours, but always less than 12 hours.

I have it. In my case, it's due to a Patulous Eustachian Tube. It's a terrible condition to have that makes my tinnitus seem like a walk in the park.
Sorry that the improvement didn't last. How did you decide on taking 15 grams? Did you try less first? Why not try it again?
