I have vertigo when I get bad migraines but it goes away after about 8 hours, Ebselen could help if it becomes a chronic issue. Of course its not available now

I never had vertigo only dizziness from spinning.
Had severe vertigo once about a week after my worsening. Hasn't happend since.
I went to vestibular.org and there were 137 pages of people with dizziness/vertigo after the first or second vaccine. Story after story of people suffering not only with tinnitus, but vertigo, dizziness and nausea. Some people are having vision issues also.
I think it depends on the cause. My dad had vertigo (spinning room) about a year ago, and the prior one some years prior, due to large quantities of OTC pills he was taking. He cut back on the pills and did not have the issue anymore.
