How long have you had Tinnitus and do you know what caused it? Have you been seen at ENT? If yes what did they say?

Thank you both. Unilateral T for 7 months. Been to ENT twice, audio test once. "Perfect" hearing. I've been to many concerts, but also grind my teeth and have tmj/head and neck pain. I have a pure ringing tone. I am actually habituating even though I didn't really like the idea of it at first. Its just happening. Still have tough moments though and covid has made things isolating in itself.
