@danielthor Does it actually go down after that? My previous spike was from Cue drops that lasted two days and left me with a siren sound in both ears ... Now I did take 1200mg NAC but there is still pain and the f*ing SPIKE. It has been 5 hours already...

These spikes attributed to hyper-reactivity rarely don't resolve themselves. Same as you and @danielthor, I get spikes from (music) videos on the internet all the time.

If you were spiked by a siren or a gunshot on the other hand, for example; now that might be something to worry about.

@Freerunner It usually stays with me for the rest of the day. NAC doesn't seem to do much for me either
