@bethadtr yes, I have the electrical current type head t. What caused yours? Are you experiencing any electrical zaps or spark type of sounds?

It started in my ears than centralized to my head. If any sound masks it it's short relief because I can actually feel the tinnitus in my head

@Jerad yes that's what I'm feeling. I've had it in my ears for 2 years but randomly last week it's now zapping in my head, I'm not dealing with it well :(

@Rockman when did yours centralise? I've had T for 2 years and I can't see why it would centralise and do this now, I can hear mine over everything now as I can feel it too, it's so horrible :(

Sorry to hear that @bethadtr were u taking any meds or supplements that could have aggravated T at all?

@Jerad ive been taking the same supplements since T started and no medication :( I've got no idea why it's happened
