I did it and had no issues. But protect your ears, those machines are loud.

@NYCGuy dude i know, that's what worries me I don't want to take that sound home with me, earplugs and headphones? What should I bring?

No issues either. I used a foam 3m yellow earplug, and a sleeping ear mold earplug on top. Plus the muffs they provided.

Ask the place about and explain your ear issue, I just wear the 3m yellow earplug but still was really loud, you should have a second layer to be safe. I went to a place with a really old machine too, so they are loud.
