Following. I was prescribed Lyrica for leg numbness, but was wondering if it could help TTTS/MEM too.

You could try what I did with Zoloft - cut up the pill and take as little as you can as slowly as possible and see what it does.

I tried Cymbalta back before my tinnitus troubles and the other side effects were really terrible. I didn't last more than a couple days before I quit.

I take 30mg of cymbalta, it seems to help the mood. I take it at night before bed, otherwise made me tired all day
