ha ha yes well I have seen little of him so will gladly break a fast to spend some good talk time. very nice peri peri flame grilled chicken and rice. some good B12 there anyway

I think fasting is something everyone should try. Its not too much of a big deal. What is a big deal is fasting over several days. I will maybe try that once - just to see.

I haven't got the will to fast, I like my food too much. Ditched the pop and lowered my sugar intake though. Gotta start somewhere :).
