No complaints from her in the last week about tinnitus - looks like she has habituated though she did grimace when she first told me she has ringing in both ears. I have not brought it up again.

We have not discussed T at all in 1 month. Today she was telling me I should look it up etc. She has no idea I have been on this forum. I'm not telling her.

USA is messed up - bad health is booming business. Poor diet low standards boosts profits for meds, insurance etc. In europe food additives have to be proven safe, in usa they are allowed unless proven unsafe. Everything is the wrong way round which is why the Lenire was licensed. Not that europe is free of trouble but americans have to wake up and take back control of their food supply and health.

Thanks. I had some awful impingement on my upper left arm that rendered it useless for many things. Getting a shirt on caused pain. Tried physio exercises but no good. Forgot about it and it cleared on its own. 1 press up a month ago felt like my back was going to break so I did some chair lifting. At last I could do 1 press up - then 2 etc. Not boasting much just saying one can recover from injury.

NB after the press ups my T hiss goes to a whooshing noise then settles.

Proper press ups face near to floor and back up until arms straight - not weak little boy bent knee floppy sloppy press ups.

I would recommend anyone to try cutting their carbs and replacing with fat/protein. My levels are up to 50% lower on this formula.

I eat tomatoes for vit c and spinach, celery, cucumber. Plus raspberries - not pulpy carb/sugar rich fruit like banana and apples.

There was very early colour experimental technology but Black and white sets and broadcasts appeared in the 1930s and colour in the 50s. But anyway - why allow this issue to cloud your judgements on very single tech claim? Do you suppose we had cellular mobile phones before landlines? LOL. Or laptops before desktops? Always check the evidence for every claim you want to verify.

And check reliable sources not conspiracy nerds who sit in darkened rooms all day nervously scouring government web portals for alien evidence.

Seem to be near full recovery. Tinnitus levels seem not affected.

7 days after onset of symptoms and a positive test - today I test negative. No change in tinnitus so far.

Did you know there a three types of collagen? The one most often used to help with joint pain is type II. The others are good for you, too, but focus on different parts of your body.

Since eating daily chicken bone broth which is rich in collagen type 2 - my dry eyes have improved significantly. This would be a massive discovery if it continues as I have been plagued by dry eyes.

I am glad to say that my sore knee has improved significantly. Maybe it was some temporary inflammation - I dont know. I am eating the chicken broth though and I have ordered MSM powder so will use that.

Tinnitus certainly better after stopping the violin. Have not played for over a week and my levels are fair. I had troublesome T while I was playing every day or even every other day for just 15 min at a time.

what is the connection? tear outflow maybe somehow reduce the pressure inside inner ear? Not much of a cure though - cant spend the whole day crying for silent ears. But may hold the key to a cure/treatment.

I'm pretty sure the effect is of psychological nature, not physical.

What do you base that on? Two physical events seem to be connected.

Quick report as not been posting much. Tinnitus the same up down etc. Relationship is going ok. Not really doing anything with the T. I just let it be soft or loud - when it's loud I just tolerate it. Is ok daytime tends to be worse in morning when waking up.

woke in the morning with still quite loud hiss in left ear so much so I thought it had wandered to my right ear. Spinach did not seem to do its magic this time.

It seems to have settled down. Have had no spinach in 3 days so don't know if the 200g dose I had is responsible for the improvement. I now were ear plug in both ears while practicing the violin - maybe that is the reason it is better. Violin caused the spike - maybe.

My building had a fire actually a few days ago and the alarm’s definitely messed me up. It was so bad.

I bought a small fan heater which has made quite a difference.

I got my violin. Just spent 2 hours getting it tuned up and played out of my book for novices. I did use a 3m foam ear plug in my left ear and all seems to be well. No spike, so far.
