So my ear is moving now, although it's still full, but that's hardly surprising.

Now I go between the normal clicking while swallowing to an exceptionally loud popping like someone hitting their hand off a microphone. Ever had that?

The hearing in my right ear is definitely worse still

"Hitting hand off a microphone."- Spot on description to what I had too. I had that loud mic popping which alternated between normal clicking and also fluttering popping sounds when swallowing.
