Don't miss the opportunity to attend Tinnitus Quest's online Q&A with Dr. Susan Shore and Jon Pearson, CEO of Auricle on October 13. We will hear the latest about the Susan Shore Device.
https://youtu.be/ym4PMzvPPJA this is my desperate listen. When this doesn't work I just return to crickets and lofi hip-hop and just do my best to cope.
I can select white or pink noise on my white noise generators and ocean waves is a third option. I mostly listen to pink noise, as it's very smooth. My in-ear WNG only has white noise, which is also good. Whatever sound therapy you use, remember that it must always be set slightly below the tinnitus and not masking it because it makes habituating to tinnitus more difficult.
Thank you both. Missing my crickets terribly. Right now I am using rain at the highest frequency on MyNoise App. The pink sad violet noise can annoy me after a while.
