I stay away from things like that now as I'd be too paranoid of my T getting louder. We're you wearing foams or filtered ones? Did the spike settle? :) @Ryan Edwards .

Why in the name of every religious deity in existence would you go to a very loud club with tinnitus???
I've been to the club before and it's been ok but this was the first time with filtered ear plugs and one didn't fit properly. I usually have a hiss type tinnitus but this is now more tonal and has not settled. It's been just over a fortnight now :-(
