How exactly does he want to target them? Could you try physical therapy/massage therapy to see if it can help calm down nerves and muscles ?

@ErikaS he wants to Start with physical therapy around my neck area I told him I don't want to do any kind of neck manipulation I read too many horror story's about chiropractors making things worse I'm gonna start with deep tissue massages along with low dose of muscle relaxers
