I was offered the chance of white noise generators by my hearing therapist. I did try them for a little while, a few minutes there a few minutes here but it "think" it spiked my T in one ear and made it more high pitched for a little while.
But it turns out they seem to be faulty as I couldnt turn the volume down and I was getting feedback into them. So not a great start!! @ErikaS
My H seems to be getting better slowly without any help but time. I can tolerate sounds a lot better. But I still use my earplugs out and about it just depends on the situation. Anything loud is out of the question. @ErikaS
