  So bizarre that a tone that's accompanied me for months suddenly becomes panic inducing. Cheeky sod hasn't changed a bit, yet here I am.

  I find I can remove one of my unilateral tones by pulling my jaw forward. I do look like a prized idiot in the lab, like I'm gurning away.

  Oh, how I miss headphones. I miss listening to Radio 4 all day. Moderate T felt nonexistent with chatter in my ears.
