I have that too. Do you have a sinus infection?

I've had a cold/sore throat for about 4 days but feeling better. I think it may be a sinus infection from the symptoms I've googled.
Nose and ears feel clogged and wont always pop and not pop fully.

Had sinus issues for years and will be finally seeing and ENT soon, just long wait times in UK.
