It will not be easy as we are going with in-laws, sister-in-laws and their husbands, but it's going to be a calming, relaxing trip and everyone is very aware of my situation. No children on the trip either.

@scotty03874 i think it's way too early to expect improvement with the stem cells, however my ears have pretty much returned to baseline after spiking from it all. Even had a pretty decent day yesterday, ears and brain seem to be doing something but it's all "who knows" this early on. Hoping I can say in a month or 2 that it was worth it !
