It can still heal, go away, etc. you can still habituate too. You're in the early stages. I've seen so many people improve within the first 6 months, even year or two. Even many with it years later say they are so much better. It just takes time. You have to hang in there.

i agree with @SamRosemary there is alot of room for improvement. Its just that you have to endure it before it gets better
