Never understand why parents let their children roar like that especially in public. Children do need to be educated about what is acceptable behaviour.

They usually just plonk them infront of an equally loud ipad/phone playing cartoons when I've been out to eat.

This boy was running around in Macdonalds and just roaring his head off. Kids are cute - but that aint cute, it's annoying and BAD manners. Parents fault.
