@Strawberryblonde how are you? Been off for a while. Spike settled. Now a new one. Not sure why. Loud restaurant with ear plugs. Probably should have used my solid inserts for more protection. Also dealing with ailing mother who needs a lot. Very stressful. Not sleeping.

Going through what I hope is a spike myself, mainly in 1 ear, dreaded Eeeee high pitch buzz mix. Thr place I went Xmas shopping has a fairground on with music and lots of people. I plugged up with 25-28db plugs and kept as best I could away from speakers and took breaks inside shops (had to walk through fair to get to shops, never participated in fair).
