That's the worst! I've had that happen. Is it any better?

Same as me last night was the worst I had in a long long time! 1 hour sleep I got. Usually get 7 or even 8. Something spiked me.

@Mo8409 seems to be this morning, anxiety and lack of sleep or hormones the past few days playing a part I think. @hopefuldede I usually get the same amount and do ok on that but tossing ans turning with that Eeee is horrendous, Hope you are feeling better today?

Glad to hear it lifted a bit for u. Mines didn't go down yet. I've stopped trying to work out the cause - might have been running yesterday not sure. Yea Grrrr
