I work in a big financial institution as a software developer. Mid-year ratings was good despite my situation, but I could certainly be exceptional if I didn't had this and would certainly already have that certification.
Even if I don't want because it may cause unnecessary bias, feel in the need to tell him about tinnitus and how big the impact has being, specially during the first few months in the job.
Well, let us know how it goes.
This condition sucksss. I usually am a pretty hard working and focused person but this has me working at at least half capacity and I am super spacey since. =/
