My son likes to have little dance parties where he he wiggles his butt in very slow, uncoordinated ways and squats up and down. His fav jam currently is Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

When I was at work I had a patient in 4 point leather restraints. I've never seen any human ever break out of these. Both wrists and ankles strapped to the bed.
He was violent and yelling at me, wanting to kill me. He looked at me and said "I'm going to break out of these and kill you!" With confidence

I replied "Yeah okay good luck with that." And in that very moment he literally ripped them off with his strength.

My daughter has a nightly skincare routine that involves rolling a frozen apparatus on her face. She opens the freezer for about a minute, retrieves the device, uses it on her face, and then puts it back before heading to bed.
