@Tryn2BHopeful I know it, I remember my first 3 months very well. It does get easier, as they say.
I do dream of it lessoning every singe day. It's great news if it bothers you less. If by chance it improved I would almost be thankful that I had it. Honest. The appreciation for everything would be off the charts. A unimaginable rebirth that I would never forget.

8 months is still early days. I know it does not seem like it, but imo you have very good chances of recovery: you are young, your T is med induced so I assume no damage to the inner ear and, not least, you are an awesome person and that should help your healing too
