It would be amazing, but I have no realistic hopes it will just disappear, but I do like to dream about it once in a while what it would be like to suddenly be back to even the more mild tinnitus of a couple years ago.
@Tryn2BHopeful It's easier to tell yourself it's permanent so you can cope better and adjust accordingly. I think holding on to hope it will go away delays the habituation process. Then if it disappears and surprises you even better! I know this sucks. You, Sarah and I are all med realted cases. At least you're not alone. We made it this far and we will keep going. ❤️
I am past wishing it gone completely.I am just holding hope it will be quieter. I have had some quieter days. But they don't last. I just need it quieter and I can live more or less. I can't take the blaring volume...
