I take it. I would assume the risk is low unless you're practically overdosing on it. I don't think I've heard anyone say they think it caused theirs.

IMO acetaminophen has been okay with me and i am willing to take it when needed. Most antibiotics and NSAID's i will not anymore as i've had big problems.
I have used it without issues for pain. I used ibuprofen as well, but only 1 pill.
I've taken 2 acetaminophen pills without any effects on my hearing.
I haven't had an issue with acetaminophen or ibuprofen either one, but I have taken only a few times in the last couple years.
