Was me for the first year... It Will get better. I can fall asleep with blaring T now. When my T is quiet it actually freaks me out more lol like i need the noise.
Hi @gameover Had T since I was 14, have been mild for many years and mostly lived a good life despite T. Now, 33 years old, it has greatly increased after covid and stress by 15-20 new tones, I can hear some of them most of the time.
It feels like T has no limit. Just getting worse and worse. I have read your threads and understand that you also are suffering. How are you now?
Hi @RunningMan, thanks for reply. Sorry to hear you suffer from sleep problems too. It's not easy when you can't sleep like you used to. I also take sleeping pills but sleeps restlessly and wakes up several times at night. Hard to fall asleep. I hope our sleep will get back to normal in the future.
The Covid worsening really spooks me. I avoided Covid so far. I am suffering but doing little better on average. I have terrible mornings, but days becoming more tolerable on average (T got quieter). H is annoying, but manageable
Hi @Marshall great to hear you can sleep well. Not easy with loud T. When you sleep well, I think it is little bit easier to manage your T during the day. Hope I can get there too despite my new terrible T level.
