Mine started becoming erratic and spiking very easily after I had Covid. Before, it was predictable and pretty much stable day-in day-out.
I wonder if there is a trend. I was exposed to Covid, rapid test was negative, T came on around the same timing.
@crescentsky I've read a lot of stories about people's T starting during or soon after they got COVID. It's effect on the auditory system should be researched further.
