For real. Last time I had a physical, my cholesterol was high. Hoping I have a heart attack in the near future.

I know exactly how you feel man. I don't know what caused your tinnitus or when it started but as they say "time heals." My tinnitus didn't get better, but my life did. I'm here if you ever want to talk.

Thank you @2049v. It was noise trauma for me... I think its getting worse. :( And so will my life... I just want it gone, i want to sleep without masking....

I don't give fake hopes and promises. If you can just read my previous posts and threads you can see that I've been through some terrible shit. I'm not saying it's gonna be easy but it can be better overall. As it happened to me. Also I was addicted to masking sounds. I couldn't even stand one sec. without them. Now I can even sleep without any. So if I can feel better now, anyone can. Trust me.

@2049 what's it like, mild, moderate or severe? Can you describe it pls and how did you make peace with it?
