Don't miss the opportunity to attend Tinnitus Quest's online Q&A with Dr. Susan Shore and Jon Pearson, CEO of Auricle on October 13. We will hear the latest about the Susan Shore Device.
Hey-I am doing well, thanks for checking in and asking. I am still deaf as a post in my left ear, and I believe my tinnitus pain may have gotten a little worse over the past 6 weeks due to work stress. Sleep endures as a daily challenge.Yet with all of that said, I am living a completely "normal" life. At least 3x a week I get home with a migraine right in the epicenter of the tinnitus source.
@Mettafort I'm on vacation. In spite of my T worsening i try to relax.I'm better when with company and in enviroment where my T is masked. However masking is getting more limited. Thankfully it's still bearable.Sleep is not good.Unfortunately i haven't managed to habituate since this beast is growing.I also struggle with a kind of auditory distortion, albeit I'm not sure if this is the right term to describe it.
How are you doing?
