    Just writing here because my tinnitus is annoying me a lot lately. Usually, this happens at times when other problems in my life are more managable. Funny how that works.

    Seven years with non-stop tinnitus. The day it stops is the day I'm dead. I hope my tinnitus lasts 70 more years!

    @SimonRK, I'm genuinely confused about how I reached this point, where every day feels like hell. What is the treatment you mentioned that I need to accept?

    @2049v I am happy to see you are doing better mentally these days. It is a never ending journey of ups and downs, but I have never been as low as when it first started.

    @SimonRK i don't think I had a problem with mental health tbh. It was only due to the inner ear bs. Since noone understands this disase and there's absolutely nothing we can do to cure it, I prefer to keep it to myself but yeah I'm trying to get my life back :)

    Exposure to high frequency noise. Otalgia first time in over a year. I've been here before and know I can take back my life once again.

    They're the most comfortable disposable plugs I've found so far @GoatSheep (with what all my doctors have told me are "the most labyrinthine ear canals" they've ever seen) but still not that comfortable. The only plugs I can comfortably wear for hours are my custom silicon moulds.

    I think you were asking @SimonRK, but I'll just add: I have had both MRI and CT scans, but never on my ears; only on my heart. As at one time, my tinnitus and anxiety were so bad, I wouldn't have needed to suicide to escape my existence, the constant adrenaline was going to take care of that for me.
