    Yes, over everything always, sometimes it is hard to hear the TV over the noise.

    Yes, it is constant 24/7 now worse than ever. As a side note, metal shopping baskets clashed when entering grocer and sent it sky rocketing!

    Shifting focus from the obsessive monitoring of tinnitus has to be one of the most challenging things ever. A herculean endeavor to be sure.

    The worst thing about all of this, I started suffering from horrific intrusive thoughts and I might have to take meds but now I don't want the T to get even worse :(

    If you don't mind me asking. What kind of meds? I'm not big on meds myself. But I do take a low dose 10mg of fluoxetine (prozac) to help tamp down the intrusive thoughts. For me personally the med hasn't increased or reduced tinnitus.
