Just been living with tinnitus basically.

Bad spike this morning. Been bugging me all day but could be lack of a proper sleep schedule.

Sure the sound is annoying but what’s worse is the tingly feeling. Does anyone else get that?

Went to the doctor apparently I don't have hay fever, it's an infection.. anyways got prescribed doxycycline.

So lately I’ve been having severe allergies and the only thing that’s helped is Sudafed. But now my left ear has started ringing. I suspect it’s due to allergies. Hopefully it calms eventually. I’m not used to the weird single pure tone. :(

I’ll report back once the wire has been removed. It probably won’t make much difference to my overall T but a few things make sense now.

After a hellish day yesterday today my T is really low. This spike is the worst one to date.

T seems to be back to spike mode. Was a nice 2 days of quiet.

Tinnitus is very quiet and the static seems to have gone completely for now.

Not yet, I have a doctor's appointment on the 23rd. But usually then there’s a lengthy referral process. I am starting to think I should just look into other options.

It's finally happened, I developed pulsatile tinnitus. It was one of my greatest fears but just have to get on with it, I suppose.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I haven't logged on in ages. They did not help me, to be honest the only thing that truly seems to have made a difference this year was taking CBD oil and doing myofascial release exercises. Thanks.

Just checking in again, things are okay. New sounds in my left ear which appeared about 8 months ago but i'm fine overall.

I massaged my jaw a few moments ago and has somehow given me some sort of relief.
