Since Saturday, and today is Tuesday, whenever I eat partially crunchy foods, I get a whistle in my left ear when I bite down. After that, my ear feels wet. I have had bilateral tinnitus for nearly three years now, but since Saturday, the tinnitus in my left ear has become much worse.
