Very, very informative. Thank you for this. I asked ChatGPT for some more examples of that type of medications, and some of the ones that popped up were Amlodipine, Verapamil, Diltiazem, Felodipine, Isradipine, Nimodipine, Lacidipine, Bepridil, and Efonidipine.

So I don't bother with spectrum anything. I just take CBD isolate, there's nothing else in there except for Cannabidiol. I find it helps me with sleep and calms me down. It's definitely different for everyone tho.
