I dont think its etd. I had that in my other ear and it sounded completey diff. And with etd it sounds like you have ur hand over one ear but only when you talk. Its weird.

I tried it . It doesnt work as good since Im a side sleeper. And a restless one at that. My luck I'd end up choking myself with the headphone cord some how.
