    Yes me to I have good mornings and bad. When the T starts I get hot flashes and sick of my stomach I want to run away from the noise but can't. I put on relaxing music take a shower or bath go for a walk and say a lot of prayers. Keeping busy for me is the key

    Anyone with Multiple Tones in Each Ear or Is It Only Me?

    I hear clicking and sometimes like the sounds of someone typing one type or multiple those are the scariest sounds on topof that humming all in the left ear. Can not be masked I take klonopin which really helps, nature sounds , lots of prayer and u guys. Thanks

    Why is tinnitus louder in the middle of night?

    Mine is fully awake in the morning I have those windchimes and what I describe as someone tapping on a hollow pipe. It really scares me I get a little sick of my stomach but I try and take deep breaths and listen to nature sounds it doesn't mask it but it helps. A early bath helps to.

    New Here and a Sufferer for Many Years.

    Have had T since 1999 wow time flys by. To this day I have good day's and bad. My T actually went away for a couple years I was so happy thinking yep its over but it came back a few months ago. I must continue on life is short. You take it one day at a time. Hang in there.

    Any horse riders/owners with tinnitus out there?

    Yes have T and love to ride horses. When I wad a teenager I had a few. When things would bother me I would go for long rides night or day. I find them very emotionally comforting. I hope to have another one soon and yes I think it would help me a lot with this battle of T and you to.

    Feeling Down

    Hang in there my T sounds like a slight buzzing along with intermittent bells. I can hear it over everything. I listen to nature sounds and tell myself the bells are part of the music background. I believe in a good night sleep it helps me take on the day.
